Growth Partner Works is provided by Birchstone Advisory LLC, doing business as Growth Partner Works ("we", "us").
What you give us
- On the order and mini-audit forms: your business name, website, city and email address.
- At checkout: payment is taken on our checkout page run by GoHighLevel (GHL Payments). We receive confirmation that you paid, with the email and name on the order. We don't see or store your full card details.
What we check
Only public information about your business: your website's pages, a mobile speed test of your homepage, public listing data and ratings when available, and the public pages of up to three nearby competitors. We never ask for passwords or account access.
How it's used
- To produce and deliver your report, and to send the emails about your order (for example the delivery email and a reminder if we still need your website).
- Software, including AI writing tools, turns the checked facts into the report's wording. The findings themselves come from the checks, not the AI.
- We record when a report link is opened and when a recheck is claimed, so we know the report arrived.
- We don't send marketing emails. The only emails you get from us are your report, its delivery and recheck emails, and related service messages about your order. Every email has a way to opt out.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare: website hosting, our order database and report storage.
- GoHighLevel: checkout and payments, contact records and email delivery.
- Our audit server, which runs the checks, plus crawling and page-speed services that fetch your public pages.
- Anthropic: AI writing tools that word the report from the checked facts.
Your report
Reports live at a private, unguessable address and are hidden from search engines. Only people you share the link with can see them.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep orders, contact records and reports for 12 months, then delete them. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, email hello@growthpartnerworks.com and we will.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you, where it comes from, why we use it and who we share it with.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct personal information that's wrong.
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
We don't sell or share your personal information, as "sell" and "share" are defined in the CCPA/CPRA. The service providers listed above process it only to run the service for us.
